Battery Weld Inspection

In this feature application, we focus on four key stages of battery weld inspection using 3D smart sensors: (1) Pre-welding gap & flush measurement, (2) Weld seam inspection of the battery cells, (3)  Spot welding inspection on the connector module, and (4) Package weld seam quality.
